Este un proces mental prin care <strong>modifici perspectiva<\/strong> asupra unui eveniment sau situa\u021bie pentru a-l interpreta \u00eentr-o lumin\u0103 mai pozitiv\u0103, mai util\u0103 sau mai constructiv\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Ce este Re\u00eencadrarea (Reframing)?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00cen termeni simpli, <strong>re\u00eencadrarea<\/strong> presupune schimbarea <strong>\u00eencadr\u0103rii<\/strong> sau a <strong>construc\u021biei mentale<\/strong> a unei situa\u021bii. De exemplu, o experien\u021b\u0103 pe care o percepi ini\u021bial ca fiind negativ\u0103 poate fi \u201ere\u00eencadrat\u0103\u201d pentru a o \u00een\u021belege dintr-o alt\u0103 perspectiv\u0103, g\u0103sind un sens sau un \u00eenv\u0103\u021b\u0103m\u00e2nt pozitiv din acea situa\u021bie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Exemplu:<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Situa\u021bie negativ\u0103<\/strong>: \u201eAm e\u0219uat \u00een proiectul meu. Nu sunt destul de bun.\u201d<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Re\u00eencadrare<\/strong>: \u201eChiar dac\u0103 nu am reu\u0219it, am \u00eenv\u0103\u021bat lec\u021bii valoroase care m\u0103 vor ajuta s\u0103 fac lucrurile mai bine data viitoare.\u201d<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Acest proces ajut\u0103 la schimbarea <strong>interpret\u0103rii emo\u021bionale<\/strong> \u0219i mentale a unei situa\u021bii, ceea ce duce la <strong>schimb\u0103ri comportamentale<\/strong> semnificative.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Cum func\u021bioneaz\u0103 Re\u00eencadrarea \u00een NLP?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Re\u00eencadrarea se bazeaz\u0103 pe ideea c\u0103 <strong>percep\u021biile noastre influen\u021beaz\u0103 ac\u021biunile \u0219i emo\u021biile<\/strong>. De obicei, noi reac\u021bion\u0103m automat \u0219i instinctiv la anumite stimuli, iar aceste reac\u021bii sunt dictat\u0103 de <strong>\u00eencadrarea mental\u0103<\/strong> pe care o avem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>NLP presupune c\u0103 schimbarea \u201e\u00eencadr\u0103rii\u201d poate schimba instantaneu \u0219i reac\u021biile noastre.<\/strong> Mai simplu spus, schimb\u00e2nd felul \u00een care percepem o situa\u021bie, putem schimba \u0219i felul \u00een care o tr\u0103im \u0219i cum ac\u021bion\u0103m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pa\u0219ii re\u00eencadr\u0103rii:<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Identific\u0103 situa\u021bia negativ\u0103<\/strong> \u2013 \u00cencepe prin a observa cum percepi o anumit\u0103 experien\u021b\u0103. Ce g\u00e2nduri negative \u00ee\u021bi vin \u00een minte? Ce emo\u021bii o declan\u0219eaz\u0103?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Analizeaz\u0103 \u201e\u00eencadrarea\u201d actual\u0103<\/strong> \u2013 Care este cadrul mental din care prive\u0219ti aceast\u0103 situa\u021bie? De exemplu, poate c\u0103 te g\u00e2nde\u0219ti c\u0103 ai \u201ee\u0219uat\u201d sau c\u0103 \u201enu e\u0219ti destul de bun\u201d sau \u201enu ai control\u201d.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Re\u00eencadreaz\u0103 situa\u021bia<\/strong> \u2013 Acum, \u00eencearc\u0103 s\u0103 prive\u0219ti situa\u021bia dintr-un alt unghi. Po\u021bi \u00eentreba: \u201eCum ar putea aceast\u0103 experien\u021b\u0103 s\u0103 aib\u0103 un sens pozitiv?\u201d sau \u201eCare ar putea fi lec\u021bia sau beneficiul acestei experien\u021be?\u201d\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Exemplu de re\u00eencadrare<\/strong>: \u201eChiar dac\u0103 am \u00eent\u00e2mpinat dificult\u0103\u021bi, acest e\u0219ec \u00eemi ofer\u0103 oportunitatea de a \u00eenv\u0103\u021ba \u0219i de a m\u0103 \u00eembun\u0103t\u0103\u021bi. Practic, schimb\u0103m cuvintele \u0219i interpretarea pe care o punem unei experien\u021be pentru a o face s\u0103 aib\u0103 o semnifica\u021bie mai pozitiv\u0103 sau util\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Exemplu<\/strong>:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Situa\u021bie ini\u021bial\u0103<\/strong>: \u201eAm pierdut o oportunitate important\u0103.\u201d<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Re\u00eencadrare<\/strong>: \u201eAceast\u0103 pierdere a fost o lec\u021bie valoroas\u0103 care m\u0103 preg\u0103te\u0219te pentru oportunit\u0103\u021bile care vor veni.\u201d<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. <strong>Re\u00eencadrare contextual\u0103<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Aceasta presupune schimbarea <strong>contextului<\/strong> \u00een care o situa\u021bie sau un comportament este \u00een\u021beles.
